Las Vegas is a mecca of things cheerful and entertaining, even more so during the holidays.  At this time of the year, Las Vegas events come one after another, with tickets selling out in no time at all.

This holiday season was no different. Sin City knows how to spread cheer in the most entertaining way it can.

  • Glittering Lights

This acclaimed holiday show is back on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. A new 60-piece Rockin’ North Pole light adds excitement to this 2.5-mile course sparkling with over 5 million lights and  more than 2,000 displays. It is open daily, 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Sundays to Thursdays, and 4:30 to 10 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays, until January 7, 2024.

Located at  UnCommons, 6880 Helen Toland St. in Las Vegas, the market features more than 40 vendors spanning what the event describes as “local makers, curators, artists, musicians, and culinary

  • innovators.” The market happens every first Sunday of the month.

  • Jupiter Express Holiday Train

Kids still have time to catch the Jupiter Express Holiday Train. Ongoing until January 15, 2024, the train ride features real steam and chugs around the 40-foot Christmas tree at the Lawn in Downtown Summerlin, Las Vegas’s most prestigious master-planned suburban community

  • The Rock Rink

Snow in Last Vegas? Not quite. But here’s the next best thing: Rock Rink presented by Live Nation! Made of real ice, the skating rink measures 8,000 square feet and is located under a 40-foot glittering tree in Downtown Summerlin.  You can rent skates at $16. The Rock Rink is open until  15, 2024.

The spirit of fun and good times never cease in Las Vegas. In 2024, some of the biggest events happening in the Entertainment Capital of the World include:
