All residents must follow gate entry rules at all times. Anthem Country Club is a controlled access community, which means it limits the vehicles that enter its premises. Residents, for instance, must purchase transponders for their vehicles as these will act as their “keys” to all four of the Country Club’s entry points. These transponders, which can only be bought at the ACCCA office, are unique to the vehicle they are registered to and are non-transferable. Residents must also ask the ACCCA to authorize the entry of guests before they arrive. Homeowners must also assume the responsibility for the actions of their guests and make sure community rules and regulations are followed.
