The Anthem Country Club is tasked with enforcing regulations that help maintain the community. These include:

  • The maintenance of the community’s gates, roads, and sidewalks, as well as its wash drains, street dividers, and entry areas.
  • Tasks such as street sweeping, fixing gate codes, providing gate access to residents and their guests, and fulfilling desert maintenance requests
  • Enforcing all governing documents, policies, and guidelines within the Country Club community such as setting budgets, enforcing residential design standards, and troubleshooting neighborhood issues.

How much is the HOA fee?

Anthem Country Club residents pay $621 to $1,752 quarterly. This amount covers not only the maintenance of the community’s grounds and amenities but also its security.

What are the most important Anthem Country Club HOA rules?

All renovations must follow the standards set by the ACCCA. Homeowners must submit their plans to the ACCCA well in advance, so that the board can check if the proposed changes align with the community’s overall design guidelines and if there are things in the proposal that need to be revised.

All residents must follow gate entry rules at all times. Anthem Country Club is a controlled access community, which means it limits the vehicles that enter its premises. Residents, for instance, must purchase transponders for their vehicles as these will act as their “keys” to all four of the Country Club’s entry points. These transponders, which can only be bought at the ACCCA office, are unique to the vehicle they are registered to and are non-transferable. Residents must also ask the ACCCA to authorize the entry of guests before they arrive. Homeowners must also assume the responsibility for the actions of their guests and make sure community rules and regulations are followed.
